Musement app: Handy resource for your trip to Italy

We’ve already written about some handy travel apps for your trip to Italy and with the recent launch of the Musement app, which you can download for free from the Apple store, your trip planning just got easier!

The new app and online platform let’s you reserve and purchase activities, tours, attractions, museums, shows and art events in Italy. With hundreds of attractions already available on the platform – some of Musement’s highlights include Florence’s Uffizi, the Vatican Museums, the Leaning Tower of Pisa and tickets to the last supper, the Musement team also offers users the unique opportunity to create your own custom tours.

Key features of the Musement app

1. When traveling abroad, data roaming charges can easily add up but you won’t have to worry about this as the app smartly downloads content in the background when connected to wi-fi.  This means that users can flawlessly browse attractions and activities of any given city when on the go with no data access. Always a good thing!

2. The app can identify the customer’s location and dynamically suggest interesting things to do in the area for the day, the day after, and activities as well as special events taking place that month. If you see something that you missed and would like to purchase tickets, you can do so easily.

3. Waiting in line, especially in peak travel period, is no fun! The app offers skip-the-line access tickets to lots of attractions and museums which can be bought directly from the app.

4. And buying the tickets online means you don’t have to worry about print-outs. Any e-ticket or voucher is sent via email and can be accessed in the Tickets section of the app – that’s the only thing customers need for priority access.

5. See something you find interesting but it can’t be booked immediately or they are not available on a specific date, then add it to the Wishlist section for easy retrieval.

6. If you have already registered on the website, you do not need to enter your credit card details again as they are already securely stored by Musement Payment Services Provider (PSP). However, if you are buying something for the first time on the app, you’ll need to register and insert your credit card details. Rest assured that all payments are securely managed.
