One cold, rainy evening in Rome, a group of brave souls ventured out of their homes and found themselves cooking up their own storm in the pasta cooking class by Walks of Italy. We were warmly welcomed by Chef David into the bright and cozy loft where we would take refuge for the next 3 hours.
We started with a bang (literally) as Chef David popped open a bottle of Prosecco and served us some delicious homemade appetizers. While we were drinking and munching away, Chef David gave us a run-down of the type of pasta we would be making that evening. (See video)
Work hard we did and we were rewarded with a hearty bowl of freshly made pasta served with sausages and zucchini flowers. Naturally, it was a sweet ending with cantuccini and a luscious chocolate liqueur, which packed a punch, made by Chef David and his wife.
If you are looking for a different experience, you’ll have a phenomenal time in this pasta making class and a skill you will be able to bring back to impress family and friends back home. Many thanks to Walks of Italy for extending the invitation for us to attending this pasta making class in Rome.
